Pros

-Almost all of the engineers I worked with were great, and teams worked well both amongst themselves and between orgs -Pretty good pay for hardware engineering roles -No micromanagement of responsibilities; I was given the leeway to independently prioritize tasks and implement improvements.

Cons

-Out of touch upper-management, which often makes decisions to the detriment of those that work under them -Unreasonable and paternal return to office mandates, where your direct manager get's scolded by their boss if the employees on his team don't badge into the office on the prescribed 3 days per week. -Large company, so the scope of work for any given engineer is relatively narrow.
