      Banking system is outdated and basic banking functions take too long Car is necessary for back office Shared workplace cubicle for back office FYI: Try not to have bank account here. People can be nosy.

      1. The atmosphere is a relaxing one where work is easily completed. 2. You feel like family when you work at this institution. 3. Easy commute to and from the office.

      Cons

      1. Communication is not always optimal, even when suggested to management. 2. Difficult to grow into a promoted roll in some departments. 3. Salary does not reflect hard work and length of employement.

      Manageable BAU Friendly colleagues Allowed work from home temporarily

      Cons

      Middle management is unqualified and on a power trip causing terrible retention rate. Many analysts have left within a few months yet the bank continues to employ middle management with terrible attitudes. QC process is inconsistent. No one seemed to be truly happy here. All the high rated reviews are fake. STAY AWAY
