Great co-workers; family environment; Annual bonus is two weeks' pay.

Company does not care for its employees; Someone has to die for you to be promoted; Salary increases are VERY MINIMAL; Hard work often goes unappreciated; Company is cheap and tries to cut costs everywhere; No compensation benefits

Easy going job with not much stress. Overtime is paid when workload is too much

Cons

Not up to date tech. Gets boring quickly. Management has a disconnect. People in positions of power because of connection not actual knowledge.
