> The worst thing is that you have to stand on the floor and at festivals you have to stand for 10 hours, which hampers your body. > you always have to smile and give exceptional customer service to every customer because if you don't do it your NPS will go down. > shift timings are erratic, you get just 1 hour break in 9 hours shift. After u reach home you have no energy left to do things.
