      Pros

      Amazing company culture. You can tell that they really care about you and your well-being. I had a great team as well. I worked at the Norfolk, VA location, and we had a great team. They also give you a development leader who gives you quarterly reviews which is great to see how you progress.

      Cons

      The work load and emphasis on scores and satisfaction got to be a little overbearing at times. It's also hard at times moving up in a company.

      Lively, good energy, smart people

      Cons

      Opinion based decisions. Even in the face of data, decision makers will simply pour skepticism on the experiment and go with their own opinion. The most vocal people get their way. Career progression is limited - it is a flat organization meaning there are not many leadership opportunities. "Old timers", with massive experience, are often set to pasture.
