Pros

In terms of hardware development - this is a place where the pursuit of excellence is truly the focus. And it happens amongst a team of likewise excellent people who challenge, sharpen, and collaborate with each other to do their best work.

Cons

Only con is the time zone bridging from California to China; heavy on weeknight and Sunday meetings for people working closely with the China-based teams and vendors
