Very attractive Salary and Stock Options plan..

Cons

Very large teams dispersed in all geographies.. Hard to communicate and learn, lot of time spent in meetings and synchronization. Poor WLB, meetings at odd times. Company and Management strucutre is quite bueracratic.. Hard for new comers to break into existing cliques

- Self-driven work environment - Very good managers with in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on attitude - Hands-on work environment, everyone (including managers) must actively contribute to the product design and implementation - Very efficient work environment with minimum communication and bureaucratic overhead - Extremely fast decision making, not always consensus driven - Very good salary and large RSU (stock) grants

Cons

- Need-to-know policy, you are very concentrated on your component and not aware what colleagues in the other teams are working on. - Long working hours with evening meetings across time zones - Depending on your project, you might be working during long hours on your own with relatively few interactions with other teammates.
