Pros

Apple has motivated and intelligent people. They pay pretty well and you really never have to feel stressed

Cons

People are complacent, there are a lot of lazy people who don't pull their weight but apple would never fire people. I also feel that they reward seniority much more than hard work which is extremely frustrating as a motivated young person
