Good luck being listened to and heard when things are blatantly wrong. - Management does not care about the employees who are struggling. Rather, they tend to and treat highly the individuals who are the "Elite Performers". If you're not performing, it's a "kick-rocks" attitude. Leadership is about lifting others up. You won't find great leadership here.
