Pros

Understanding the backend of job recruiting.

Cons

This is a company based on lies. As a company that's "hiring made human," your employees are robots. I've seen first hand the fear in peoples eyes when people actically show up to work and do their job. But they dont last at all. And those at the top dont do anything but walk in the office with their chest out and would rather talk about how they makde money rather than show their employees how to be successful. It's not an ethical company either. Any manager who tells their employees to change another employees numbers for their own personal gain should be punished but....this is a loyal company to those who play the inside game. This company wont grow. I see many lateral moves, but nothing upward. If you ever give them a resume, they trash it, and they file you with thousands of other people. Trust me, the time it took for you to get dressed and go to their interviews, you are better off walking to every place of interest, introducing yourself and handing them a resume. At least there is some type of engagement there.

Pros

Opportunity to train and mentor at any level, strong training program with ongoing education, great colleagues, social work environment, uncapped commissions/earning potential

Cons

Health insurance is mediocre but benefits program is gradually improving over time. Not winning any awards for our coverage or our PTO package but company culture outweighs these things. Must be a self-starter to be successful, as well as having strong organizational and time management skills. This role is a sink or swim position long term which I personally love but makes it rough for rookies at times while they are finding their stride.
