Pros
-Enthusiastic manager -Motivating, encouraging work environment -Easy access to plenty of training tools
Cons
-Regional manager was not helpful, especially with lack of knowledge of the industry -Wide open work environment - so you may be talking over one another on calls -Corporate office in California so if you needed corporate, you would have to wait until they were open -Independent and learn-as-you-work training - used online tools to read over & watch webinars to train with minimal managerial input
