      Commission structure is A+! Annual sales trip Blended desk

      Cons

      For a branch managers and up meeting numbers while mentoring teams and still striving to make commission and hit goals to earn the annual sales trip can be a challenge. They need more of a work life balance. Ability to work remotely. Not interviewing so many people in person.

      Pros

      Great place to start out as a recruiter because you will learn things quickly on how to recruit and do the business development. The managers with great tenure will always help you in any difficult situation especially dealing with the candidates and clients.

      Cons

      The health insurance and 401k ks not great. Depending on what region you are in, the KPIs are different. Our region’s KPIs rare above company standards. If you go to a competitor, you don’t need a 2 week notice because they let you go in less than 2 days. I do wish they can pay their employees more on the base salary. You may have to work on Black Friday depending the region.
