Pros
team is great, training program is the best I've even been a part of. They really do take time to make sure you understand the company and slowly get you up and running.
Cons
Their workforce across the country is primarily female, including the CEO, however the company doesn't offer maternity leave. They pay an extremely low salary and the commission structure isn't very lucrative. They continue to throw more and more at their employees without any reward or incentive. There really is no room for growth, they offer poor benefits, bad vacation plan, poor pay, and they micromanage. They had a great computer system to run your book of business that kept everything well tracked, but they still expected you to track every interaction with every applicant or client on excel sheets and multiple other areas that took too much time away from the actual work.
