      Pros

      Work Schedule, decent/"ok" work life balance. Like any job you get what you put into it. Great rewards/Founders Club trips if you hit certain numbers (not very attainable numbers)

      Cons

      The salaries were low definitely below the industry standard. The minimum requirements to qualify for the "Founders Club" rewards and trips were hardly attainable for recruiters past their first year mark but not tenured. Small offices with lots of women make it catty and cliqing. Unrealistic expectations in terms of numbers and productivity. With that being said I did work here for 2+ years and didn't hate it.

      Hard to start out as a recruiter

      Pros

      The office and the people were great. Really fun people to be around and work with, personally. Professionally, there was nothing there. No help what so ever. There really is an opportunity to make great money with AppleOne (nationally)- the problem is there is no support at this branch.

      Cons

      No support at all. No management of employees. There was no expectations set locally. Apple One Corporate does provide all of this for a recruiter - but locally, at this branch, none of this was followed through with. No follow up, at all. You were expected to go out there and make it happen - with sales and recruiting without any help or guidance. The manager is a rock star (does really well within AppleOne) so he carries the branch - there is very limited existing business that you are able to grow.

      Pros

      I love that we run our own "desks," working in a team environment, meeting new people, being with a senior team, continuously learning new things, no complaints about salary - we determine how much we make! I have been promoted twice in two years and I plan on continuing to move up. Much support through our corporate office.

      Cons

      I have no cons to list. I am thankful and appreciative of my career.
