My team overall is nice. The company is also very forgiving with mistakes made throughout your career.
Cons
A lot of these have already been said but they're true - Pay and benefits are horrible. I looked into other agencies and they are paying way better - They expect you to work overtime but don't let you get paid for it (they recently switched to hourly for employees) - Everyday is like groundhog day - Refuse to be up to date with technology - Extremely micromanaging - I have seen a little favoritism. Not too bad, but I have seen it - Your colleagues throughout the company act like snakes and steal candidates and manipulate the system - The company is overall cheap. Our furniture is falling apart - Unrealistic expectations. They want you to bring in 15 candidates a week to interview, then check all their references one by one, and place 40% of them
