Pros

Great stepping stone for those looking to get into the recruitment industry. Commendable training program. Wonderful relationships with some of the co-workers.

Cons

If you're not in the area of sales, you're dispensable. Systems used are very dated and hinder employee productivity. Employees are motivated by fear.

Pros

Looks like a good placement agency with many opportunities.NOT!

Cons

They lead you on saying they have management jobs available to get you to sign as their placement provider. Once you sign on and fill out their loads of electronic paperwork and forms to sign. There is nothing available and little to no feedback on next steps or job opportunities. Very unsettling.

Pros

There are absolutely no Pro's about this company.

Cons

This company is like a cult, its always about "Bernie says this" and "Bernie thinks this". They make him out to be a god when in all reality he is a terrible owner who cares nothing about his employees. Their training program is terrible, outdated, and in my opinion makes us out to be scam artists. They set unrealistic goals for their employees and are too focused on bringing in an unrealistic amount of candidates each week. The pay is very low, commission is terrible and when they do have contests (which is very rare) the branch office will get charged the amount that you so technically your not winning anything because your overall office number will go down. Very high turnover, upper management is lacking and very inexperienced. When they do have a good person in upper management they quit after 6 months or get fired because they want to make changes to the system and that is frowned upon. There is also really no room for advancement if you do not want to be in sales. Overall, this is the worst company I have ever worked for and do not recommend being employed internally or even as a temporary employee.
