We had a very informative meeting where I stated my expectations and desired work location, and she gave great tips for my resume (another recruiter gave me the exact opposite advice that I thought was strange when I received her suggestions, but Michelle explained her critiques thoroughly and I agreed much more with her edits). Michelle immediately thought of a potential opportunity for me and reached out for an interview right away. I got the job within two weeks and it's been such a great fit so far.
