      Good training, offer opportunity to get into recruiting field

      Cons

      Owner runs the show, which has varying results, idea of "Together We Win" is conceptual, good commission seems like a carrot rather than the reality- when you calculate how many hours you are putting it and how much you get in return, it isn't as spiffy.
