posting fake job ads with high wages to bring candidates in. the candidate has to write a sell pitch letter in 3rd person fake jobs with over 300 miles driving distance limited opportunity, since a candidate is lack with number of clients your recruiter is working with I do not recommend a friend to this agency

Need to update client interfacing. Interview room was small and cramped. Was made to watch a video on how to safe in an office. I took the day off from work to study and was convinced to come in for an interview because I was "exactly what the employer was looking for" despite my reservations I was not a good fit. After the interview they confirmed I was not a good fit and persisted on knowing my current salary to place me. I told them I didn't believe my salary was relevant to conversations because I was looking for a bump position title and I trusted I would be competitively compensated. They told me they wouldn't work with me if I wouldn't tell them. I found this very distasteful and disrespectful.
