Pros

A fake interview gave me a chance to see how my typing speed had improved.

Cons

AppleOne loves to put up positions that do not even exist. Their "data entry for 35k a year" is repeated on almost every locations site. I applied for this position and was scheduled for an interview. When I walked in and told them who I was there to see and for what position they did not even know what position I had applied for. Then they said they did not have such a listing. To date I received no leads. My main issue is that the original listing is still up months later. Then again it never existed in the first place since their own employees do not even know about it. Then I wonder how it gets renewed and relisted on their site ever couple of weeks at almost every location. Hmmmm....

Pros

AppleOne has no ceiling when it comes to how much money and growth you would like to earn. The environment and culture in the company is simple, they reward hard work and effoort. I have been on two international trips at an all inclusive resort for one week, all on the company's dime because of goals I had achieved throughout the year as well as performance in the company. Management provides excellent training that usually would cost an independent recruiter thousands of dollars. I can not explain how much I love my job. Placing people back to work and helping small business' grow I this economy make me feel good about what we do.

Cons

We are a free service to all candidates/job seekers and can not guarantee employment. The ultimate decision is with the company who is interviewing our candidates, but AppleOne prepares and coaches the job seeker to ensure the highest chance of success.
