      There is nothing that I liked about working for this company.

      The entire company awful. Outdated software, outdated recruiting and sales techniques and outdated owners.

      Team environment, variety of staffing industries

      Cons

      You can be fired at any time for not hitting goals, constant pounding the phones, having to work Christmas eve, New Years eve and Thanksgiving eve (let people enjoy time with their families). You have to request those particular days off and work the day others chose to take off. Old school processes. No real company bonding, every branch is it's own entity.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture, a lot of incentives for a sales desk and uncapped commission with a great structure. Solid training. Your branch will feel like your family.

      Cons

      The company is really cheap. Base salaries should be much higher. The health benefits are awful. They no longer offer a straight recruiting role so everyone is forced to do sales. I think talented recruiters are overlooked and people are forced into a sales role that they don't want to be in.
