Bad place for interns

Pros

Reasonable experience if you're a high schooler but if you're a university grad, don't bother with this place.

Cons

- Repetitive - You learn very little for no pay - They will take credit for your work - They will make you file, photocopy and staple papers - They will treat you like a machine rather than a person...they will not bother getting to know you and they will just order you to do things.

Great stepping stone for those looking to get into the recruitment industry. Commendable training program. Wonderful relationships with some of the co-workers.

Cons

If you're not in the area of sales, you're dispensable. Systems used are very dated and hinder employee productivity. Employees are motivated by fear.

Lie to you during interview. It is not the place they make you believe it is. Make you turn down other opportunities with false hopes of $$$ to be made Place candidates in positions they wouldn't ever do themselves Cheat clients Do not work ethically Many ethical lines have been crossed CLIENTS/CANDIDATES BEWARE
