Some existing accounts required a lot of time to fill the positions and took time away from filling other positions that pay better.

POOR COMMUNICATION. I feel like I was set up for failure. - They completely dropped the ball on an assignment I was at and regardless of my attempts to communicate to report the issues, they didn't respond for a long time. Once they did respond, they weren't proactive in fixing the problem. It was extremely frustrating. The job description given did not match the actual job duties that were performed. The other temps working there (also with AppleOne) complained about the same issue. AppleOne had no idea that the employer was asking us to do things that required training and certification (the employer was also taking advantage of the temp staff because of this.) I was told I had to report to a manager but there was no management working there. I reported my concerns because the employer was breaking privacy laws but AppleOne did not respond. - If it wasn't for the lack of communication and support, I wouldn't have "left" this agency. I wish they would have helped me find a better position instead of ignoring me. - The pay is terrible. I know it's not entirely their choice but I wish they would advocate more for their employees as far as compensation goes.
