      Pros

      Great people, fun environment and awesome company. I would recommend appleone to those who are sales oriented and love sales.

      Cons

      There is a lot of cold calling. Also the company run old school so if your looking for a cutting edge company with high tech websites and ideas you will not find it.

      Pros

      As long as you make your numbers each month, you can pretty much do what you want in terms of how you handle your day-to-day duties.

      Cons

      The training provided is really a "train yourself" type of situation where you review lessons from a book. Very little instruction on how to actually calculate your anticipated commission on temp revenue. Perm placements are more straight-forward.

      Pros

      There is lots of opportunity to make money if you put in the time. Branch and Regional managers are there for you to guide and mentor you. They are a private company so there is more flexibility and you get an opportunity to know the leaders well.

      Cons

      You need to be patient to succeed. If you go in saying you want to make alot of maoney fast and will get frustrated. It takes time to learn the business and time to get clients. The sales people (Sr. Account Executives) at the top that make the most money are very good sales people in this industry. They have all been working with Appleone for years and may have been a managers at one point. Like all sales professions they sometime get in the way and find loopholes to keep there clients. Again if you are new you'll need to be patient. Everyone wants more money.
