Pros

Well thought out sales policies, clear expectations and comprehensive training.

Cons

Staffing and sales are difficult fields, which usually take a lot of groundwork before you see great results. AppleOne puts ridiculous demands on new employees, especially on a branch manager level and then leaves them out to dry. It's not a 40 hour work week and to be successful, it's not even a 50 hour one either. I regularly put in 60+ hours and was still treated like a criminial if I needed to leave work for any reason. I feel like they just exploited my solid work ethic and tried to make me feel personally responsible for things that were beyond my control. I ended up being terminated without a clear answer as to why and I soon realized what a blessing that was. I didnt realize how much tension and anxiety this comlany caused me. Pick another, more employee centric company!!!

Pros

Good, basic sales experience, and account management. Reasonable bonus/commission structure. At a corporate level, the company does a great deal to make am employee feel he or she is a part of the family.

Cons

All AppleOne offices seem to carry slightly different mentalities depending on the market or region. While corporate really tries to feed your their ideas and approach to being successful, it is not always the same case at a given branch. A person's level of success, as well as the overall experience rely heavily on the culture within a particular branch. This is mainly due to the fact that is really is a small office setting with very few AppleOne Employees. If personalities do not gel, it is easy for a an Account Executive to struggle without much collaboration.

Pros

Gained a lot of valuable skills for future positions in sales and recruiting. Learned how to approach a sale

Cons

Management, it was very sketchy throughout the region, a lot of secrets between the branch managers at the locations. In the less than 4 months I was there, I saw 3 people get fired and 1 person (other than myself, quit). Extremely high turnover and negativity about the job.
