      Awesome company culture, branch training lacking

      Pros

      -Enthusiastic manager -Motivating, encouraging work environment -Easy access to plenty of training tools

      Cons

      -Regional manager was not helpful, especially with lack of knowledge of the industry -Wide open work environment - so you may be talking over one another on calls -Corporate office in California so if you needed corporate, you would have to wait until they were open -Independent and learn-as-you-work training - used online tools to read over & watch webinars to train with minimal managerial input

      Pros

      I received the best training which resulted in my success in the position. Lots to do, always busy (was a pro for me, hated being bored), nicest people to work with. Teamwork really made the dream work there. My bosses encouraged growth and set me up for success. I have remained in contact with both my bosses.

      Cons

      Benefits were very slim. Paid time off was very standard. Could not be 5 minutes late without getting the stare. Kept me on my toes with being responsible.
