Way too "salesy". They require an hour of cold calling every day (even if you are exceeding your goals) and the industry is dirty and cutthroat. I felt like a used car salesman

There is NO ramp-up period what so ever. They set unrealistic goals for their employees and are too metric driven, goals should be adjusted to fit current market trends. For all the extra hours coming into work early, leaving late and working at your desk during lunch the pay and bonus structure is very LOW. No real feeling of accomplishment, work starts to feel like you just need to meet company goals, not help people find a job. Terrible training program.
