Pros

I am an internal employee here at AppleOne and couldn't be more happy! The company as a whole values their employees and is very much encouraging! There are multiple trainings and opportunity for growth- more than I've ever seen in any company or past position I have been in. On a smaller scale, my office is like a family. Everyone is very encouraging and does what they need to do for the whole team to be successful, not just as an individual. I would recommend AppleOne to anyone!

Cons

As of right now, I would say there are no cons. I think I would like the opportunity to travel more for the company, but I'm very happy where I am at!

Pros

Work Schedule, decent/"ok" work life balance. Like any job you get what you put into it. Great rewards/Founders Club trips if you hit certain numbers (not very attainable numbers)

Cons

The salaries were low definitely below the industry standard. The minimum requirements to qualify for the "Founders Club" rewards and trips were hardly attainable for recruiters past their first year mark but not tenured. Small offices with lots of women make it catty and cliqing. Unrealistic expectations in terms of numbers and productivity. With that being said I did work here for 2+ years and didn't hate it.
