      Pros

      Worked with me while I was in transition from my previous state to California. They tried to set me up with interviews prior to my move in hopes to get me employment as soon as I arrived.

      Cons

      did not stay in touch with me during my contract, did not reach out to me as my contract was ending, and never contacted me again once my contract was up. I had to make all contact with staff and push myself back into their system. They never contacted me with work after this contract ended.

      Pros

      Great Co-Workers, Small office gave me an opportunity to really get to know and become friends with my co-workers. Potential for increased earnings for strong sales people.

      Cons

      As with most staffing agencies relatively low starting pay. Limited growth out side of a sales position.

      Good place to learn sales techniques Good people to work with if you can survive here, you'll probably be ok anywhere else...

      Managers are hyper-controlling and are directed to be so by exec. leadership Flagrant disregard for employees in favor of paying clients (employers) Oppressive work environment
