      Cool coworkers but management is less than desirable

      Pros

      Coworkers were pretty much all cool. They notice if you work hard and appreciate that. Training was pretty straightforward and quick Pretty easy to move from host to server

      Cons

      Management varies. Some managers are easy to work with. Some are micromanagers and incompetent then blame you for things. Sometimes they lecture you about rules and standards but sometimes they act like it is cool to break those rules depending. They play favorites quite a bit

      Low pay, sometimes the customer demographic is rude, unintelligent, and demanding.
