Every day that I work there I debate on signing out and walking out without saying a word due to the high level of drama and lack of management response to real problems. There are employees that are disrespectful to customers, employees that are disrespectful to other staff members but in a joking way to disguise the rudeness. Management wants you to work but doesn't give you any gratitude but the first time you make a mistake or call someone out, management is on that. The lack of professionalism is unreal.
