only if you're in a big city is the pay good - my previous applebees was in a smaller town and applebees was the worst place to expect pay in. so please keep location in mind. mine is in a busy mall area

Cons

management can be hurtful and mean and only care about their "bottom line"

One of the busier applebees. After, I left job, coworker, informed me that company had sent representatives to get employees insight on work environment. Can’t say much but good on the company. My rating is higher due to company officials not store management. Not all store management was bad though. Let’s keep it at that.

Cons

Over time, gm became volatile. Some inappropriate management lacking professionalism and boundaries (supervisors as well). Noticed this from manner of speaking including based on reviews from customers too.
