Pros
Working for a corporate restaurant, you are required to follow specific guidelines for job duties. With a clear outline of what's expected, it's easier to know what you need to do, when to do it and how.
Cons
Applebee's has very low quality food and extremely unhealthy recipes. I literally feel like I'm serving people their deaths. Also, it seems that Applebee's employs less than professional people. My managers and coworkers have little to no regard for their jobs and careers and they careless about their job performance, the teams performance, and professionalism in the workplace.
