Pros
Easy going work atmosphere. The menu is not hard to remember. Tips are fairly decent depending on the location and clientele. My store is pretty good in both areas so I make a decent amount of tips for your average chain restaurant. My current store location is by far the best I have ever worked at. Remember every store is different.
Cons
only good as a second job. You have to fight for your hours and its all based on multiple things like contests sales, tablet usage, making sure guests are paying on the ziosk device on the table, attendance, how many surveys you get, etc. if you don't meet these requirements you don't get as many days no matter how hard you work or how good you are. consistency always seems to be a problem in every aspect, for example, not following standards. and that's from four different locations I have worked at.
