rude customers, short staff and run out of supplies

When I was a server, making $2.35 per hour plus tips, management told me I had to report I made at least 10% in tips even if I didn’t to avoid having to pay me minimum wage. I once worked a double shift, got robbed by an unknown coworker, and had to leave with only the five dollars my last table tipped me because management refused to check cameras or even ask if anyone saw anything suspicious. I also unfortunately discovered Applebee’s secret cooking gimmick for the majority of their food…microwaves!
