      It's on par with similar restaurant chains, nothing spectacular but acceptable.

      Pros

      They have a solid management training program. Skills learned there can be transported and used in most other similar restaurants.

      Cons

      If you have a family, the work schedule can cause conflicts. Some opening shifts, some midday shifts and some closing shifts. Each week can be a different schedule.

      Pros

      They were pretty flexible with my schedule by giving me days off when i needed them but this was probably due to the fact that they were constantly trying to cut back on labor costs

      Cons

      Too much work for little pay team members don't show enough support Management rude never praised for winning drink contests Sometimes I never got a break or lunch No room for advancement
