      Pros

      The people are fun to work with, it is a generally good atmosphere. You can make good money if you are willing to work hard and pick up tables.

      Cons

      The managers are incompetent sometimes. You are clearly only working there to pick up money for the short term. Some of the people you work with are losers.

      chance to move up in company, pretty good tips, many options for shifts (days, night, weekends) , 50% discount on food.

      Cons

      upper management says that they want your feedback, but they never listen or change things, way too many standards to follow.

      Local manager is great, easy to get time off and they are flexible. Employees will help you out if your try

      Managers under the GM are terrible, the corporate staff are idiots who don't have a clear understanding of how to run a restaurant
