      Pros

      In the beginning, the money was fantastic. High check averages, great tips, etc. Great co workers. Managers were always willing to work with your schedule.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. Total disregard of employees, and had unrealistic expectations of us. Overall the place was unclean.

      Pros

      I am a server, the money is easy and you make good money if you are good at your job.

      Cons

      managers and guests. you have to deal with people on some of their worse days, sometimes they yell at you or will find any excuse they can to get a free meal and you just need to remain calm and remember that this is only a job and you are done as soon as you clock out. At my location the managers have favorites and they get away with everything.
