      -Management at my store was super nice and all around great

      Cons

      -I was last cut on a busy lunch shift, probably 20 or so tables, 50 or so covers and I left with $35 dollars in tips simply because most people didn't bother tipping at all. - My fellows servers were just so dumb, - Had to wash our own dishes, bus our own tables, and run our own food. I'm surprised we didn't have to seat our tables too. - Food was lackluster, not bad, but not good either.

      Pros

      Overall, a nice company to work for when in the restaurant industry. There are opportunities to grow as a professional within the company as well.

      Cons

      A lot of times, you'll find yourself fed up with side work, but that's apart of any serving position. The management can make or break your experience; mine was not the greatest.
