Pros
Will train you on basics of serving and bartending. If you work hard as a host you'll get moved up pretty quickly. T Server tips are on par with the type of restaurant ($50-150/night average depending on section, day of the week, service given) and bartenders are usually $150 minimum and you don't have to tip anyone else out.
Cons
Most employees are negative, borderline toxic. Guests sometimes expect fine dining food. Management is underpaid and sometimes underperform via scheduling and favoritism.
