Don't Work at Restaurant Chains

High volume restaurant, a lot of business

Cons

Late hours of operation(they close at 2am every night), scheduling that allows for no work-life balance(you'd get home at 3am and have to come in at 9am the next morning), very unprofessional management

If you like a fast paced job this is for you Awesome when you get nice customers

Cons

You have to share tips with hostess and bartender and ita based off how much food you sell not what you actually make in tips so sometimes you end up paying out of pocket. No set times off , no break ever , disorganized management. Also health codes being broken left and right

Great environment, great people to work with. Everyone was around my age and work was fun and I enjoying going to work everyday

Cons

You had to do everything yourself including prepare food and busted tables as well as serve. First few weeks were ruff and training sucked
