-There is not much accountability when something goes wrong (a lot of things get blamed on the server when, most of the time, you have limited control over something going wrong)
-You will be overworked and exhausted and have many weeks on overtime if you don't have many limits to your schedule
-Like many serving jobs, the schedule is crazy and inconsistent
-Oftentimes, newer servers don't get treated fairly by the managers in comparison to servers who have been there longer. I know this is natural in pretty much every workplace, but it is especially aggravating in a place where you put in a ton of hours and work hard, but never get any positive feedback
-You can request time off, but they backhandedly give you a hard time about it and schedule you for bad shifts for a while
