Pros
Great staff, even better management, fun atmosphere, very willing to offer time off for vacations, flexible with personal time. Having worked in restaurants both front of the house and in the back of the house most of my life I know that the quality of any service job starts at the top and the palm desert location in California is manager jackpot! Understanding, thorough training, great attitudes, and most importantly...not afraid to get their hands dirty themselves when it gets busy. During the dinner rush every night the manager on duty asks if I'm OK and if I need help instantly jumps on the line, doing whatever is needed. This has trickled down to the staff and what they have there now is a great collection of staff that I'd super friendly, helpful and hard working. It is seriously one of the best jobs I've ever had
Cons
The pay isn't great. It's only 15 dollars and hour but cooks do get a portion of the tips every week. I've worked it out and I usually average between 17.50 to 18.00 an hour with tips included
