      Pros

      Applebee's is a staple in the American culinary industry. It's everywhere and therefore makes it easy to transfer to other stores across the nation. It can be light environment and an opportunity to make decent money with little to no higher education.

      Cons

      Might be obvious, but the company doesn't care for you. I've seen way too many corners cut and employees, including long time general managers tossed aside for the "overall benefit" of the company. Do your work, keep your head down and you'll be fine.

      Fast-paced environment, great team members, general standards and expectations, large corporate organization, easy to transfer and maintain relations and structured inspections

      Cons

      Company values change daily and monthly, poor employee recognition, high turnover rate, short staffed among management, inconsistent accountability, and poor team morale
