Pros
Great sense of comradery among employees, lots of contests (with prizes) to keep people motivated, ranks servers on a variety of things to improve customer service, easy to move up in the company, management is always willing to help out servers when they're overwhelmed
Cons
always lacks communication, management needs to have better training or ongoing training, always changing menu items, high turnover, everyone has a different sense of what is okay (chores, uniform, dishes, etc) and management doesn't comment on the inconsistency
