Pros

A few good mangers per plaza

Cons

Upper management treats employees terribly. No one to report to as HR is paid off by them and will ignore anything sent to them.

Horrible company

Pros

Many different location options to work at

Cons

Management is horrible, they don't care about the staff and are very judgemental. They lie a lot saying they will promote from within to trick employees into doing more work and then outsource hiring new employees. They also have a huge turn over rate. Also, they completely disregard availabilities and threaten to fire people all the time if they get scheduled for days they are not available. There is a lot of drama, gossiping about each other and form cliques. Overall, not a good environment for growth and lack professionalism.

Pros

Hours are available if you wanna make money, hours are available and it's so flexible, the group I work with is friendly and patient when training people, extremely clean especially for newyork in-between Newburgh and Albany at Malden turnpike, I got my first pay 6 days after I started, my first two days were only 3 hours each for video training and that was on a Sunday and then a Tuesday, well Applegreen combined the two days and I was paid that Friday, woke up to a deposit in my account , I figured it would be two weeks,, no, right away, outfit is given to us, 75%off our meal for our shift, and pretty good pay especially for a young teens first job, I'm older I'm just saying,

Cons

No tips! My first day and every day since, people try to leave a tip and if they leave the money on the counter, we have to give it to Applegreen, now that is enough to make me wanna quit and work at a different Dunkin, I never heard of no tips at a Dunkin donuts I'm 45 years old, the customers are pissed too, they find it very unfair,
