Pros

I value the level of transparency this position has. I value the type of people i get to work with. I value the training this company has provided to its new employees. Also, we get paid every week.

Cons

Part time hours only for everyone at my location except the manager and assistant manager so i must work a second job. The pay isnt minimum wage but its definitely not what im used to.

No days off and they take your vacation. Bonus program for managers ate horrible. And pay is not competitive
