Pros

Applegreen is a fast paced but fun place to work. The teams are supportive and create a positive environment which give you opportunities to grow within the company. I am encouraged to learn, and I’ve been able to take on new responsibilities and develop my skills. The fast-paced nature of the job keeps things interesting, and the flexibility makes it easy to balance work with my personal life.

Pros

-pay rate a semi good amount above minimum -if a full time employee some of the benefits are pretty good -diversity

Cons

-if not in a supervisor/management role than you do not receive any type of review and/or potential raises or incentives, even when deserved by those whom are just at an associate level -if you’re not a full time employee than you are at risk of getting hours cut drastically during what they call their “down season” or “down time”, meaning you could go from a full 40 or more hours a week down to 8 per week -as much as it is diverse there is a lot of situations that do not get handled equally and/or fairly, meaning in most cases, sometimes what is good for one might not be good for another

Pros

I loved working at Starbucks I made good money

Cons

Higher management terrible Made us work 6 days a week instead of 5 Was told after I did my availability and was hired for that timeframe, that if I wanted to be a manager then I had to open 24/7! So y would they ask for my availability, hire me under that timeframe, and 2 months later change it? Because the plaza director wanted to set me up to fail so he could fire me! So many people complained about the director, because he yelled at them, sent them really bad emails, was just a jerk to them all around! He made a hostile work environment, and continues to do so. Applegreen human resources- forget about talking to them either! Good luck!
