Pros
Jays, I don't even know. Umm, I learned to be assertive in this job. I grew thicker skin when being given out to on my first day for making mistakes (as humans do). I also leaned to work in a fast paced environment. Not exactly a pro, but its all I have.
Cons
Where to start. No benefits, unpaid breaks, ridiculous hours, no discounts, stressful and clique workplace, some staff were pretty rude. I haven't been there long enough to experience this but there's no sick leave. Or paid leave for bereavements. Salary is very low for the amount of work everyone does.
