When on salary don’t get paid overtime/do an extra day you get a lieu day which more likely than not you don’t get to take . You are removed need on a daily basis how your just a number . If something breaks it is not fixed . You have to do online training and seachange which takes hours and don’t get paid for it . If your sent on training in a different site you don’t get travel expenses . Your treated as replaceable . No discounts on anything like lunch. High staff turnover. Forget about weekends off I’ve had 2 in the last 8 months. Breaks the 11 hour rule constantly. Not enough staff and people calling in sick quite often. Just wants to reach budgets
